You may know the Greenpoint hotspot Warsaw as the Polish National Home, but recently the bar has shaken things up! Swedes, Americans, Spaniards, and all nationalities are welcome to come party at this place. The bar has brought in new beers, liquors and DJs, who will be playing a wide variety of music every night. Shoot some pool (for free!) and take advantage of their nightly drink specials. This newly revamped digs are known for their amazing international bands, but now they are showcasing NYC's very own local talent. Oh, and did we mention you can snack on Polish faves like pierogies?
Executive Chef Anthony Ricco of Meatpacking's delectable Spice Market is preparing quite the feast for hungry participants in this year's Restaurant Week. Prix fixe menus are available for both your three-course lunch ($24.07) and dinner ($35) and are quite the deal! Some tasty offerings include chicken skewers with lime dipping sauce, butternut squash soup, chili-garlic egg noodles, pineapple upside down cake, and much more.
Moving on from Southeast Asian specialties to Portuguese delights, Alfama will also be serving up lunch and dinner menus for your to enjoy. Try delicacies such as Portuguese sausage, grilled skirt steak, traditional Portuguese dessert Sericaia com Molho de Baunilha, and that's just a small sampling of what they have to offer.
Union Hall is packing in the laughs in January with regular comedy shows for you to enjoy with your pals. The Feast of Seven Fishes - Patsy's Italian Restaurant will be hosting a magnificent Italian feast, running from December 16th- 24th. Derived from their legendary recipes, Patsy's Feast of the Seven Fishes will include a choice of calamari salad or baccala salad, a half-order of linguini with frutti di mare sauce, along with a choice of shrimp scampi, stuffed calamari, shrimp fra diavolo, or tilapia livornese.
