Celebrities, they're just like us! Well, not really. Outside the money and fame they do have to deal with the scathing opinions of the general public. Especially on Twitter, where haters can directly spew venom with the ease of the @ symbol, many times anonymously. (We can't even imagine the heat Kristen Stewart is getting from Twihards in light of her sordid affair!)
Thanks to Jimmy Kimmel and a few self-deprecating celebs, a laugh out loud skit has come to form. Without further adieu, here is "Celebrities Read Mean Tweets."

Robbie’s opening acts consisted of many incredibly talented, yet wildly under-rated tech house and progressive house DJs. Manuel De La Mare took the stage at 4 p.m. with a tech-house set that drew a huge crowd from the first arriving ferries. Stefano Noferini played another 90-minute tech-house set that made audience members groove and jive away.
An interesting turn of tempo came with the sounds of progressive and electro house - provided by DJs Paige and EDX who were sandwiched between the other two tech DJs. Adding these bolder, more defined sounds into the mix allowed the crowd to rage hard under the sun for some electro and progressive tracks, and then rest and groove for the much simpler and slower tech house sets.
Tyler Sherritt and Jake Shanahan have just released their new track "Wonders." Sherritt lends his voice and lyrics to the track while Shanahan contributes his powerhouse beats. The duo who produced the track together will be releasing the new beat as a free "thank you" gift to their fans starting today.
Sherritt is coming off other major collaborations along with his recent hit created with First State “Maze” which was signed and released under Blackhole Recordings on Tiesto’s label Magik Muzik.
Hey lushes/frat boys, we just got wind of a new drinking game called "BasketPong." Described as the "ultimate drinking, party and tailgating game that combines the competiveness and skill of basketball and darts with the fun and excitement of activities such as beer pong, quarters and flip cup."
Apparently this thing is so popular it was featured at the 2012 World Pong Tour Championship in Atlantic City.
We're not surprised by its popularity. We imagine this game will be the Cornhole of summer 2012.
You can pick up your set here or at select retail locations.
Game on!
Upper East Side’s Hospoda restaurant recently celebrated its 1 Year Anniversary with cocktails, delicious bites from their authentic European menu, traditional Czech music, a toast to owner Vita Chase, and even a little friendly competition. Hospoda headed by Executive Chef Olda Sahajdak and Chef de Cuisine Marek Sada celebrated a very successful first year with a packed house full of guests all ready to indulge in Hospoda's ethnic fare. The restaurant was modeled after their acclaimed sister location in Prague, La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise. They serve up delectable meat dishes such as veal schnitzel and beef tongue, scallops, and beef tartare. Guests gathered around the bar to enjoy Draught Master’s signature Pilsner Urquell and satisfied their palettes with beef tartar served on toasted crostini, warm ham and brioche shooters and duck with horseradish and potato.
