Actors Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell welcomed twin daughters into the world just before the New Year. Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip were born December 28. We’re going to go ahead and give the twin tots a middling 7 on the Crazy-Celebrity-Baby-Name scale. Neither Romijn nor O’Connell have flowery middle names and they haven’t yet told us how they picked the musical monikers. The couple met in 2004 and wed 3 short years later.
