Woe is OJ
Cues world’s smallest violin

OJ Simpson is known as a football legend, but what he is most recognized for is his infamous 1994 trial, where he was acquitted for the murder of his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and friend Ronald Goldman.

Since then, Mr. Simpson has not had the best of luck. In 2008, Simpson was convicted of storming into a Las Vegas hotel room with other men, taking thousands of dollars’ worth of memorabilia that dated from his sports career. He was charged with convictions on robbery, kidnapping, and burglary charges,  and sentenced to 33 years in prison, with eligibility for parole in nine years

Simpson went before a Nevada parole panel on Thursday to plead for leniency.  But sources say Simpson has sunk into a deep depression, and has given up on life. The former athlete has been diagnosed with life threatening diabetes, and has ballooned to 300 pounds while in prison.

“I know I’m going to die soon, I don’t care anymore. My life is over. I'm done,” O.J revealed to a prison confidant.  Allegedly, OJ confessed to him that he murdered his wife Nicole Brown, and he plans to write a letter to aplogize and ask for forgivness before he dies.

Well, if this is true, you know what they say about karma...
