Entourage Movie to Finally Be Made
The show's creator confirmed the news on Twitter

Fans of Entourage have been waiting a long time to see if the TV show was ever going to be made into a movie, and now, they finally have an answer. The show’s creator Doug Ellin tweeted on October 28, along with a picture of the cast, “It’s a go. love you all.”

Although Warner Bros. gave the film the green light back in January, there were rumors that some of the actors were holding out for more money. All five leading guys from the show including Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and Jeremy Piven have all signed on to star in the film.

After the announcement was made Ferrara tweeted, “On behalf of the 4 guys I wanna also thank the #entourage fans for the patience. THE BOYS are BACK. “ it always works out”

The studio wants to start production on the film January with a release date yet to be announced.

The show, which was loosely based on executive producer Mark Wahlberg’s experiences as a rising actor, originally ran on HBO from 2004 to 2011.
