WEEKEND PICKS
Weekend Pick: Will Sparks at Prime

The Australian takeover of Prime this weekend continues with Will Sparks on Saturday night. It seems only right that the young producer behind the fattest remix of 'Hello' by the Stafford Brothers, who are playing Friday night, be the one to follow them up with an even bigger and badder performance. As one of the most premiere dance music venues in town, Prime's nightclub occupies the third, fourth, and fifth floors of Umbria Prime, Boston's best and most delicious classic steakhouse. Combine prime cuts of beef with a heavy dose of Melbourne Bounce, and you have a recipe for delicious, bass filled success.

Zomby Drops New Track Previews

Zomby is famous for surrounding himself with an air of mystery, always obscuring his face, that is, unless you take a look at his Twitter... the man is a machine! Usually more of a casualty of the medium than a saviour, Zomby must tweet about 25 times a day. Most are just self-aggrandizing retweets from his fans ("Zomby dropping atomic truth bombs on here once again.."), some words of (drunk/stoned) wisdom ("Lol trippy"), and a few entertaining correspondences ("When jungle turned into middle class kids with dreadlocks making mental amen tunes living in squats calling it breakcore I moved to garage").

CULINARY OCCASIONS
Thrillist's 3rd Annual Martini Week Kicks off at The Kitchen NYC
Thrillist kicked off its third annual Martini Week with an event at The Kitchen NYC (146 East 44th Street). The night featured Bombay Sapphire and Grey Goose martini cocktails crafted by some of NYC's finest master mixologists. With libations ranging from Pink Sapphires (made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, maraschino, lemon juice and cranberry juice) to Orchard Apple Martinis (made with Grey Goose Vodka, apple juice, lime juice and simple syrup), guests enjoyed 14 different martini stations and jaw-trembling appetizers like juniper braised duck and jonah crab cakes. It was an exciting way to begin the two-week city-wide promotion, running through April 6th.
