Customers can bring their old clothes into an H&M location to have them reused, reworn, or recycled. In return for their old clothes, customers receive a voucher for 15% off an item of their choice for each bag they bring. Customers are only allowed to bring in two bags of clothing per day.

Because different brands tend to size clothing differently, especially women’s clothing, it was a process of trial and error to find the right fit in stores. Those buying online would have to compare size charts and guess at the right size before ordering.
