Mother's Day is right around the corner, and instead of waiting last minute to make your plans, we've got a list of great deals going on in the concrete jungle that are sure to make your mom's heart melt.   • Make your mama's heart melt this Mother's Day by booking a two hour brunch or three hour dinner cruise aboard the Hornblower Hybrid. Boozing & Cruising: Hit the Water for Drinks & Eats

Hornblower Cruises & Events will debut all new Saturday and Sunday cruises aboard the sustainable Hornblower Infinity on July 1st -- just in time for summer! Launching from Hornblower Landing on Pier 40, the two-hour brunch cruises board at 11am and sail from 12-2pm on Sundays, while the three-hour dining cruises sail Saturdays from 7-10pm with a 6pm boarding time.

Dining cruise goers have the option to choose from either the Starlight Dinner Cruise of the Sights & Sips Cruise. The Starlight features a four-course seated meal for $85 with a premium open bar option for $120 and the Sights & Sips offers up light appetizers for $65 or the Cocktail Cruise with a complimentary signature drink for $45.

New York Cruise Lines is offering a night to remember aboard Duchess World Yacht to ring in 2012. Enjoy spectacular views of the city and Statue of Liberty, a premium open bar, DJ, dancing, party favors, and a champagne toast at midnight.
