The boys of Cash Cash came back to native NYC on Friday for one amazing kick ass night and Joonbug got to check it out!
Our feet hurt and we still hear the bass...that's gotta be a sign Joonbug had as great a night as everyone else at Pacha this Friday. The main floor was crowded with a mix of people ranging around 19-25. From hippie tops, eclectic band tees, Pacha gear and some just straight topless... people flooded in to see the trio.
Best friends and brothers Jean Paul Makhlouf, Alex Makhlouf and Samuel Frisch recently killed it with top hit Take Me Home ft. Bebe Rexa. This amazing group has gained international success and recognition for their great dance remixes.

In light of his third "Pop Up" compilation, Perez Hilton rendezvoused with fans and pop enthusiasts at Webster Hall for a performance by Betty Who, and surprise guests, Savoir Adore and Nina Sky. The event began promptly as guests mingled with a Miley Cyrus printed body-suit clad Perez and a bubbly Betty Who. Delicious Cupcakes were up for grabs and "DNA" Monster headphones were on display. Savoir Adore filled The Marlin Room with a whimsical & rhythmic setlist followed by an energetic DJ set by Nina Sky. Dynamic rising pop star, Betty Who, ended the night with two new songs, "High Society", "Right Here" and the hit single "Somebody loves you."
Star Swedish duo, Icona Pop, have dropped their latest video for the single "Just Another Night" off of their new album, This Is...Icona Pop. The black and white clip turns down the hyper dance vibe fans are used to and explores the complexities of a love triangle. Check out the new video below and tell us what you think!
The 2013 MTV EMA’s proved to be an out of this world night full of awesome, gif-worthy moments, killer performances, and cheery celebs. Redfoo kept the space party pumping all night as the show’s host. He stripped off his suit and slipped into his most comfortable attire (a shiny, tiny speedo), and later in the show managed to stage dive into the crowd. Miley lit up a joint on stage. Will Ferrell made an appearance as the infamous Ron Burgundy and provided laughs and awkward backstage interviews with celebrities. Eminem took home the Global Icon Award and reminded us why he is a “rap god.” But the performances are what really made the night an unforgettable one.
With foreign artists topping music charts in all genres, it’s no surprise that this innovative Swedish pair has already had multiple singles claim wild success on dance charts, as well as the Top 40. “I Love It’, the song Icona Pop is most well known for, has been released as a single as well as on every album and EP the girls have released so far; most likely because no one can get enough of it. The rest of the songs on This Is... Icona Pop share the same positive, jump-worthy feel as “I Love It,” but still manage to show their diversity and musical ability. Songs on the album such as “Girlfriend” and the insanely catchy “All Night” are sure to follow in the chart-topping footsteps of “I Love It”.

The first act at the main stage was Demetrius who laid down his usual dutch house sounds. The young star was soon joined on stage by surprise superstar producer, guest, and father, Timbaland. Although we enjoyed the surprise visit, MC shout outs don’t mesh well with the natural flow of electronic music and by the end of his blabber we were ready for more tunes.
Let's hear it for the girls! Sassy electropop DJ duo, Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo are Icona Pop. They're basically taking over the world one remix at a time with their hit single "I Love It."
