October 24th marked a monumental day in the kitchen at Tertulia. Seamus Mullen began serving lunch, where guests can enjoy delicious Spanish eats. The lunch menu features an array of new options, along with some good ol' faves from the dinner menu. Take your pick from embutidos, quesos, tostas, tapas, ensaladas, bocatas, and paellas. Tertulia will be open for lunch from 12-3pm.
As you know, at Sushisamba, one month it's out with the old and in with the new. November brings with it Japanese SambaHour. This Japanese inspired happy hour takes place weekdays from 4-7pm and includes live Japanese entertainment and workshops. There will be scrumptious appetizers and cocktails just for the occasion, including daily sake flights.

The Bloody Shine
2 oz Original Moonshine
3 oz tomato juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon
3 dashes worcestershire sauce
2 drops tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and shake. Pour into glass and add ice if you prefer. For all you victims of foul play this Halloween, this will be the perfect pre-game cocktail to try out with your deadly friends. You might not see it on the menu, but you can ask for this hauntingly delicious drink at Lure, Hill Country, Macalleria and Cafe Luxembourg.
Royalton Hotel is bringing back Royalton Covers -- a Wednesday and Thursday night event that will take place each week until January, and feature rock, pop, and soul cover bands. Zip to Forty Four, the hotel's lux lobby bar and sip on their specialty cocktail, The Seven Spiced Cider ($14, apple cider, Sailor's Jerry, pineapple juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, allspice, clove, star anise), which will be offered exclusively during the Royalton Covers.
