YOLO is an acronym for “you only live once”, and that is the exact sentiment conveyed at this delicious restaurant. The restaurant is located in a prominent plaza right smack in the middle of Las Olas Boulevard, and it is open for brunch, lunch, and dinner. We were immediately taken by the modern décor that draws attention straight to the kitchen towards the back. Logs of firewood, that we later on learned are used to fire the grill, tastefully lined the walls. On the back wall, a large, flat-paneled television was showing live feeds from different stations in the kitchen that made for an entertaining plus. Once seated, we were greeted by our enthusiastic and knowledgeable waiter who was able to answer any and all questions that we had about the menu. We began with their most popular beverage, the Dragonberry Mojito. This was a fresh twist on a traditional mojito, muddling blackberries, lime and mint leaves together and adding Bacardi Dragonberry to finish it off. The sweetness of the berries balanced well with the tartness of the lime, making for a very refreshing take on a summer drink.
