Skrillex Releases Brooklyn Takeover Video Recap

A couple of weeks ago, Skrillex continued his Takeovers tour with five different stops in Brooklyn, bringing some impressive friends with him along the way. Such names included, Just Blaze, A$AP Ferg, Clockwork, Lunice and TOKiMONSTA. Nest HQ's videographer, Glenjamn was also present, filming everything that happened on and off stage. Earlier this week, we announced that Martin Garrix had an all new single on its way following a teaser video for the track. Well, it's now out and as epic as we expected. What we never anticipated, however, was for the Dutch prodigy to give the song out for free! Thank you Martin!

Holy Ship!!! Releases 2014 Recap Video

If you follow electronic music in any way, then you have to have heard of Holy Ship. Countless amounts of pictures and videos of the event have been posted all over social media platforms since it set sail in January, featuring electronic music household names like Skrillex, Diplo, Disclosure, A-Trak, Zedd, Tiesto, Laidback Luke and even Pharrell. Basically, it was every raver's paradise.

Pixmob Will Turn Tiesto Fans Into Lightshow

On February 28th the legendary Tiesto will begin his DJ residency at Hakkasan Las Vegas, and with a little help from PixMob, the show will offer a whole new experience. Not only will a light show be presented on a screen behind the famed DJ, there will also be one in the crowd. How is this possible?

PixMob has crafted a LED bracelet that will allow fans to generate wireless video effects just by sporting them on their wrists. Using infrared to send instructions wirelessly to pixels worn by members of the audience, the technology of PixMob will bring a rainbow of color upon the crowd. Each audience member will be given a bracelet upon arrival, allowing lighting directors to produce a light show on a whole new canvas, as they change the colors of every single bracelet from their computers. The light show will be in sync with the music giving the crowd a whole new visual element to party to.

New Major Lazer EP Out Now

After weeks of promo tweets and instagram posts, Major Lazer has finally released their Apocalypse Soon EP and you need to hear it as soon as possible. The group consisting of Diplo, Walshy Fire, and Jillionaire have risen to become one of EDM's hottest acts this past year and they are only continuing to build up hype around their name with the release of this EP. The project feautres from some of noticable names like Pharrell Williams to Sean Paul, who are utilized nicely on their respective tracks. Each song is filled with high energy and strong beats whice are sure to get any party bumping as soon as you hit play.
