The Electric Room at the Dream Downtown was a major hit during New York Fashion Week, with high class after parties for noted designers such as Prabal Gurung, Ally Hilfiger's NAHM, and Time Weiland. Nur Khan's venue also hosted concerts by Guns N' Roses and The Kills. Celebrities and socialites alike flock to this downtown haven, including big name Olivia Palermo, Kellan Lutz, David Arquette, Nicky Hilton, Rose McGowan and more. What brought the celebs out to play besides the concerts and fashion forward events? The booze!

The most downed cocktails during Fashion Week were Hot to Trot and Evil Embrace and if you didn't get a chance to try these electrifying drinks then, you can now whip them up in your own apartment.

Hot to Trot

Ingredients:
3 slices thinly cut cucumber
1-2 slices thinly cut jalapeno (depending on spice level)
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz agave nectar
2 oz Cazadores Silver Tequila
Pinch fresh cilantro

Directions:
Muddle cucumber; add jalapeno other ingredients and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel, cucumber slice and cilantro leaf (all flat on top of cocktail).

Evil Embrace

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Stoli Vanil
¾ oz Licor 43
¾ oz passion fruit puree
¾ oz simple syrup
¾ oz fresh lime juice
8 loose mint leaves

Directions:
Combine ingredients and shake hard. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a big sprig of fresh mint.
