There’s nothing like sipping on a refreshing drink with summer fruit, so make sure to get your final fix of Gastro Bar at 35th’s Strawberry Fig Shrub -- Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka and a touch of Brooklyn gin shaken with fresh strawberry puree and fig balsamic vinegar, served on the rocks with a splash of fizz.

2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1-cup Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Sweet Red Wine
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from 1/2 a lime
Place all the ingredients in the pitcher of a blender. Blend on high until well combined and strain through a fine strainer into a 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Place the pan in the freezer and freeze for 2 hours. Take the pan out of the freezer and scrape with a fork to form light ice crystals (the texture will be a bit like a snow cone). Place back in the freezer and scrape with a fork every hour until fully frozen. Cover with plastic when frozen until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
Ruffino Prosecco Smoothie
16 oz chilled Ruffino® Prosecco
2 cups plain or fruit-flavored yogurt
4 cups chopped fresh blueberries and strawberries
Fruit or mint for garnish
Combine yogurt and fruit in a blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses, filling 3/4 full. Top off with Ruffino Prosecco. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with mint sprig or fruit slice. Makes 4 servings.
Fall Meets Summer Punch
2 1/2 cups MARTINI Asti
2 cups MARTINI Rosato
1 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
3/4 cup club soda
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup simple syrup
In a large, punch bowl, stir together chilled MARTINI Rosato, pomegranate juice, club soda, lemon juice and simple syrup. Serve in tumblers filled with ice, top with MARTINI Asti and gently mix in MARTINI Asti to punch bowl. Garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and star anise
2oz Partida Reposado
8 to 10 Mint Sprigs
½ oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2oz Agave Nectar
Muddle Mint, Lime juice & Agave Nectar in a highball glass. Add ice to fill. Add Tequila & top with Ginger Beer. Stir with bar spoon. Garnish with Mint sprig & lime wheel.
