Foodies will no doubt delight in the 7th Annual International Chefs Congress. But, because this year ICC is launching Eat@ICC Pop-ups, which offers gourmands of every-level ridiculously affordable front row seats to culinary creativity of the highest order.

Savory Pop-up parties are a mere $25 while pastry pop-ups are selling at just $15 a pop (no -pun intended). And, revelers will get to indulge for a good cause since all Pop-up proceeds will be donated to the official charity partner of ICC, Careers through Culinary Arts Program.

Should your taste-buds need a little more tantalizing. the sweet pop-up on Sunday, September 30th will feature items like crunchy choux with elderflower and apricot, milk chocolate-sesame aside gianduia, cherry, mandarin and crepe dentelle and chocolate cremeux drizzled with soft caramel and maldon salt presented by the Institute of Culinary Educations, Michael Laiskonis. On the savory side of the spectrum, explore Chef Katsuya Fukushima's culinary creations like cabbage and Australian beef rolls, kimchee-wrapped Australian lamb and oysters, bacon chawanmushi with sweet corn, unigiri (uni rice ball) and cucumber and clams.
