On the savory side of the spectrum, explore Chef Katsuya Fukushima's culinary creations like cabbage and Australian beef rolls, kimchee-wrapped Australian lamb and oysters, bacon chawanmushi with sweet corn, unigiri (uni rice ball) and cucumber and clams.
