This weekend, The Wallace in Brooklyn's, Clinton Hill, will premeire its hearty and soul-satisfying brunch where everything from the jams to the bread to the meats are all made in-house. Soon to be husband and wife team, Chef Jon Wallace and his fiancée, Jessica Soule, created the new menu inspired by the traditions and flavors that make classic American fare “comfort” food.
The new Brunch menu at The Wallace offers guests a gratifying menu of options to satisfy even those folks that dismiss the idea of brunch as worthy fare. Bountiful, delicious and fresh, the weekend mornings in Clinton Hill are about to get brighter and will no doubt get very busy soon as this brunch is definitely going to be one of the best in the neighborhood.
