Nothing says 'It's Spring!' like sipping on a cold bevvy outside. Add a little booze into that equation and you are golden. So celebrate the glorious weather outside and mix up one of these most delicious cocktails that will have you hankering for another.

1 ½ oz. Alibi Whiskey
½ oz. Averna Amaro
½ oz. Galliano
¾ oz. Blood Orange Juice
½ oz. Housemade Grenadine
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with long zest of orange.

2 oz. Bombay Sapphire
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Lavender Honey Syrup
Build ingredients in tin. Add ice, shake, and pour over fresh ice. Add dried lavender or lemon twist as a garnish.

1 ¾ oz. El Tesoro Anejo
1 oz. Lime
¾ oz. Agave Nectar
¼ oz. Absinthe Bitters
1 Egg White
3-4 drops of Peychaud's Bitters, for garnish
Shake hard with 4-5 ice cubes (as to whip the drink but not dilute), strain into a cocktail glass. Dash with baby drops of Peychaud's bitters.

¾ oz. Pink Peppercorn Simple Syrup
½ oz. Campari
½ oz. Bombay Sapphire
½ oz. Lemon Juice
Garnish with a slice of watermelon! Enjoy.

1 ½ oz. Wild Turkey Rye 101 Whiskey
1 oz. Basil Avocado Shrub
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
1 ½ oz. Elysian's Avatar Jasmine IPA
1 dash of The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Combine the whiskey, shrub, lemon juice and bitters in a shaker with cracked ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass and add fresh ice. Top the Elysian's Avatar Jasmine IPA. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel.

½ oz. Karlsson's Gold vodka
½ oz. St. Germain
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain over ice into a highball glass and garnish with a lemon.

1 ½ parts Pucker Lemonade Lust Vodka
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
½ part Simple Syrup
3 Large Cucumbers Tonic water
Add cucumbers and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add vodka, lemon juice and ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake then strain. Pour into a Collins glass. Top with 2 parts tonic water and a bar-spoon floater of Pimm’s.

1 ½ oz. Ultimat Vodka
½ oz. Rose-infused Coconut Water
½ oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Serve over crushed ice with Luxardo Syrup. Top with club soda. Garnish with a rose petal. Serve in a rocks glass.

½ tbsp of Wild Hibiscus Flowers syrup from jar
1 drop of Rose Water
Chandon Blanc de Noirs
Combine hibiscus flower, hibiscus syrup, and rose water in a Champagne flute. Top with Chandon Blanc de Noirs and serve immediately.
