We all know that the best cure for a weekend hangover is to wake up and just keep drinking! Boozy brunches are all the rage, but right now, there's an even more popular trend popping up at restaurants all over the city. Do-It-Yourself bars allow patrons to concoct the Bloody Mary or Mimosa of their dreams and flex their bartending skills. Check out what restaurants in the city are dying for you to come get in for drunch...I mean, brunch.

The restaurant offers a DIY champagne kit for groups of two ($50) or four ($85), which also includes a six-course tasting of comfort creations, such as jelly donuts, waffles, and truffle fries. Does it get any better than that?

Pennsylvania 6: This recently opened restaurant just introduced brunch to its weekend menu. Make sure to stop by mixologist Craig Hutson's Bloody Mary Bar, where you can play bartender and craft your own boozy concoction—start with the vodka of your choice and choose from an array of mixes, hot sauces, stuffed olive, jalapenos, and more. Basically all you could ever want in your Bloody Mary is yours for the taking.

Saxon + Parole: This East Village classic offers diners a Do It Yourself Bloody Mary Bar, which includes vodka, along with the restaurant's signature blend of freshly squeezed tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, and celery juice for you to season to your liking for just $12.

Sotto 13: Fun, social Italian restaurant Sotto 13 is offering brunchers an amazing DIY Prosecco Bar for just $15. What better way to start your day than with some champagne? Craft your own bubbly cocktails with a bottle of Prosecco and a tray of five mixers, including fresh juices, liqueurs, and toss-ins, such as candied ginger and fresh berries. Diners can use the provided recipe card to make something traditional, or concoct their own creation!

South 4th Bar & Cafe: Located in Williamsburg, this is one bar you need to check out for the ultimate DIY Bloody Marys. Head there on the weekend for $5 DIY Bloody Marys all day long. Choose from a barful of options such as bacon bits, Worchestershire sauce, olives, and more.

KTCHN: On the outskirts of Times Square you can find a reasonably priced DIY Bloody Mary Bar at The Out's KTCHN. For $10, you select the vodka of your choice and can pick from three different house-made bases, including oyster, beef bouillon, and house, and then add all the fixings, like onions, tomatos, chipotle, and more.
