Pro-Ball Pop-Up: Eat like the Heat for $5
Miami Heat's Personal Chef Cooks Up $5 Treats at his pop-up Hidden Kitchen

Ever wondered who's fueling the Miami Heat? They have to be downing some major munchies to set the court ablaze, right? Well, it's time to meet the man who feeds the best bellies in basketball.

Local celeb chef Michael Jacobs is the man behind this munchable mystery. Foodies in-the-know know that Jacobs' Hidden Kitchen pop-up at Blackbird Ordinary is the place to be on Friday's from 5-10pm. Jacobs serves up scrumptious street-food-style items all for five bucks. From slow-roasted pulled pork Bahn Mi's to brisket truffle mac-n-cheese, his crave-worthy creations are not to be missed.

In addition to Earlybird Fridays, Jacobs will be serving up his $5 plates for games 2 (this Sunday, June 9th) and 5 (next Sunday, June 16th) at Blackbird. Rejoice with Heat fans on the patio while watching the game on Blackbird's huge projection screen. In addition to his regular menu, Jacobs will feature a dish from his Eat like the Heat menu for $5 as well. He'll be serving up the same dish that the Miami Heat ate that day before the game! Possibilities include healthy items, such as the DWade Wrap or Norris Cole Turkey Meatball with sauce.

Blackbird Ordinary is located at 729 SW 1st Avenue in the Brickell area of downtown. Telephone: 305-671-3307. To learn more about Chef Jacobs, check out www.strategichospitalty.net
