Satisfy your hot summer cravings – Peruvian, Mexican or Latin & Asian fusion style – at three of Sandoval’s trendy New York venues. RAYMI Modern Peruvian Kitchen & Pisco Bar, MAYA and Zengo will be the exclusive participants. Celebrating the premier of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters on Wednesday, July 24, these three elite restaurants will be busy preparing some mouthwatering bites to equip for the show. Priced at $25 for lunch and $38 for dinner, this top-notch culinary occasion should not be missed. The talented Top Chef Masters contestant himself, Sandoval, never ceases to amaze and mesmerize with his simply divine culinary artistry. Savor restaurant week and treat your palates to a taste of celestial luxury – sample some of the delectable surprises Chef Sandoval may be cooking up on TV this season! Restaurant Week will be preparing its culinary magic from July 22 through August 16.

Peruvian food at its finest, RAYMI will be showcasing their entire menu throughout restaurant week. If you have never tasted the ecstatic thrill of Peruvian cuisine, Sandoval’s RAYMI is the place to explore the best of the best. The chic restaurant will be cooking up refreshing ceviches – raw fish dishes marinated in citrus juice – unique small plates such as Chicharron Sliders, plates to be shared including the Suckling Pig served with homemade potato bread, charred scallions and aji verde (green chili sauce), and tasty entrees such as Pork Belly for the culinary adventurers. Dessert connoisseurs will be in their glory with Picarones, which are crispy Peruvian donuts drizzled in sugary chancaca honey. RAYMI’s menu will also be incorporating gluten-free items such as their Market Greens small plate, made with summer lettuces, red ball radish and tarragon-mustard vinaigrette. This venue’s Restaurant Week package includes a three-course meal: a ceviche of your choice, one small plate, a large plate or table dish for two, and of course a sweet treat for dessert. This restaurant’s lunch and dinner menus are designed specifically for culinary enjoyment, featuring their notorious, creamy guacamole, prepared with serrano pepper, tomato, cilantro, and red onion: a complete euphoria of flavors. Savor a three-course meal with a zesty array of options, including juicy Hanger Steak, Roasted Corn Soup and Chocoflan – sinful dark chocolate cake, caramel flan, and candied pecans – for dessert. Bringing together Latin & Asian cuisine, this venue has uniquely designed dishes to introduce to your eager taste buds, including Korean Fried Chicken prepared with fermented chile, fresh corn potato salad and pickled chayote, Short Rib Tamale, Crispy Tofu and Seafood Bibimbap, which is a mouthwatering seafood party complete with head-on prawns, mussels, clams, and aji amarillo.
