Peruvian food at its finest, RAYMI will be showcasing their entire menu throughout restaurant week. If you have never tasted the ecstatic thrill of Peruvian cuisine, Sandoval’s RAYMI is the place to explore the best of the best. The chic restaurant will be cooking up refreshing ceviches – raw fish dishes marinated in citrus juice – unique small plates such as Chicharron Sliders, plates to be shared including the Suckling Pig served with homemade potato bread, charred scallions and aji verde (green chili sauce), and tasty entrees such as Pork Belly for the culinary adventurers. Dessert connoisseurs will be in their glory with Picarones, which are crispy Peruvian donuts drizzled in sugary chancaca honey. RAYMI’s menu will also be incorporating gluten-free items such as their Market Greens small plate, made with summer lettuces, red ball radish and tarragon-mustard vinaigrette. This venue’s Restaurant Week package includes a three-course meal: a ceviche of your choice, one small plate, a large plate or table dish for two, and of course a sweet treat for dessert.
