Hey Mambo has always believed in being more than just a restaurant. Their mission, quite simply, is to entice all of the senses while wiping away the woes of the outside world. They do this with intoxicating sights, sounds, textures, and tastes. In order to complete this mission, however, one must keep up with the ever changing world and offer new things, while staying true to the things that made them so special in the first place. Well, Executive Chef Moussa Thiam has done just that with his creation of Hey Mambo's new bar menu.
Filled with a delectable array of small plates, such as oysters on the half shell and Moules Frites, as well as savory spreads like lentil & roasted walnut and white bean puree, the menu is nothing short of divine. Also featured is a scrumptious cheese plate, flavorfully enhanced with Tetilla, Tres Leches, and Bleu d'Auvergne cheeses, paired with fruit and toast. Still hungry for more? Also available is a charcuterie plate with Speck, Coppa, Pancetta, and Serrano ham.
As for the happy hour specials, it is just $5 for a glass of wine or draft beer and $6 for bottom shelf drinks and signature cocktails.
