62 Restaurant & Winebar is launching a 3-month-long, 3-Course Prefix menu for $28. Starting September 1st travel Europe in the dishes of Chef/Owner Antonio Bettencourt inspiration without leaving Salem, Massachusetts.

Each month will highlight a different European country with a focus on each of the regions in each country selected. In September travel to Spain and the regions of Barcelona, Madrid, Basque and Sevilla. Our next stop in October is Italy. Fall in amore with the cities of Venice, Lombardy – Milan, Tuscany and Piedmont. In November it is off to France and the places of Bordeaux, Alsace, lle-de-France (Paris) and Burgundy.

You will be issued a culinary passport that will be stamped as you journey through the various regions, cities and countries. The passport is not just a fun twist. When you travel to every region within a country in a single month you will be given a free “flight” or “prefix dinner” next time you come in. If you only travel to one country a month for the entire series (three times in three months) you will be entered to win a free vacation to Europe compliments of 62 Restaurant & Winebar and Colony Travel located in Lynnfield, MA.

The trip will include a three-night stay and cooking class at Relais Riserva di Frizzano, Castellina in Chianti. Even if you don’t win remember a three-course prefix dinner promotion for $28 is a deliciously great deal.
