Close out 2012 with Pretty Lights at Roseland Ballroom
The adept producer announces two end of the year shows

The dazzingly talented Pretty Lights – the musical vision that is Derek Vincent Smith – will close out 2012 with two very exclusive New Year's shows. Fans will be exposed to the intimate, soulful and astonishingly captivating sounds of Pretty Lights on December 30 and 31 at New York City’s Roseland Ballroom.

The Colorado native has made appearances at NYC festivals such as Electric Zoo and Governor’s Ball, however, this will be his first headlining solo event in the city in over two years. Both nights will feature extended sets, giving fans hours of Pretty Lights classics, unreleased, and new tracks. Get your Lights fix with what the producer himself described via Twitter as, "Two evenings of beautifully bangin’ futuristic yet retro electro hip-hop and funky ass soul music."

Having given away more than 2.8 million free album downloads to date, a free MP3 download of “So Bright,” the obscure yet expressive track from Pretty Lights’ forthcoming album is available here. Tickets for the Roseland Ballroom dates go on sale Friday, Oct. 19, at 10 AM (EDT) and single night or two-day passes will be available for purchase through Live Nation here.
