Dubfire Releases 'Plex' Remix
The techno god offers up his personal take on Harvard Bass' 'Plex'

One of electronica's most talented and innovative DJ/producers, Ali 'Dubfire' Shirazinia has been around the metaphorical music block many times. Originally one half of the Grammy winning duo, Deepdish, Dubfire has been dominating the techno scene ever since he went solo in 2005. Integrating the use of the latest music technology along with his iconic gut wrenching sound, Ali has accrued a reputation for consistently offering party goers ideal dungeon techno.

As the infamous BPM Festival draws closer and closer, Dubfire has released one of his many private remixes on his esteemed Sci + Tec imprint. Taking Harvard Bass' electro fueled production 'Plex', Dubfire reworked the big room fitting tune and transformed it into an uplifting techno gem. Infusing some very rhythmic percussion with some tweaks to the original bass line and overall arrangement, Dubfire sucessfuly manipulated the track in a way in which the original idea is still very present along with his changes.
