Sebastian Ingrosso doesn’t need an introduction. The 30-year old Swedish DJ and producer has seen a great amount of success in his past few years behind the turntables and in the studio. He is the head of his own record company, Refune, and was a third of the wildly famous super-group Swedish House Mafia that performed their last show together on March 24, 2013. He recently dropped his new club anthem “Reload,” on May 14th and can be purchased on iTunes, here.
The track, which took a year to finalize, is an immense collaboration with singer John Martin, long-time Swedish House Mafia collaborator and producer/DJ Tommy Trash. “Reload” combines the eloquence of Martin’s voice and the quality production that made Ingrosso such a reputable force within House music. The track is an adventure into the pure talent that this Swedish DJ possesses, and with over 500,000 hits on YouTube only a month after being uploaded, it seems that others feel the same way.
But, wait, it actually gets better! Ingrosso is planning to record a live video of the song being performed in front of 700 lucky fans in New York City. This is a part of his Miller Music Tour, which will run from June 7th through June 11th. Ingrosso will be spinning at the Highline Ballroom on Monday, June 10th. The tickets, though, will not be on sale for general admissions. Instead, the information on how to get a chance to be involved in this amazing opportunity will be disclosed on Miller’s Facebook page on Monday, May 27th.
If that wasn’t enough, then there is more. Sebastian Ingrosso is hosting another competition for one lucky fan and three of their friends to fly down to NYC and gain full VIP Access for the entire five day Music Miller Tour event. The information for the competition can be found on his official website. The competition will close on Friday, May 24th and he will choose a winner on May 28th.
Keep checking both sites to get your chance to see Sebastian Ingrosso live at the Highline Ballroom in NYC on June 10th.
