Life in Color (formerly Dayglow) has come a long way since its early days. It used to just be one giant, travelling paint party. The idea was brilliant, but something was still missing. In 2011, I went to Dayglow for the first time at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC, and the headliners were The Devil from Acapulco and David Solano. However, the makers of Life in Color quickly caught on to the musical revolution occurring in the US, and began getting bigger and better artists to perform at their parties.
The wait is finally over: Nicky Romero, Borgore, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, and David Solano will be headlining Life in Color’s Rebirth Tour at the IZOD Center in New Jersey. For the most part, people are pleased with the lineup because it provides a nice mix of genres that will appeal to nearly everyone. LIC is often the gateway event that draws in new dance music fans and gets them hooked. What was originally just a paint party has become an experience of a lifetime, featuring world-class DJs and quality sound and lighting. Don't even bother thinking twice; the money is definitely worth a lineup like this.
Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster. General admission is $85.05 and VIP admission is $123.95.
