The theme of the shoot was Seoul, Korea, and features G-Dragon posing with three of Asia's top fashion models; Kim Sung Hee, Soo Joo, and Park Ji Hye. GD of course showed up wearing red sunglasses and a matching Berkin bag almost the size of him. Photographer, Kim Bo Sung was excited to shoot the first setup which paired GD and Kim Sung Hee; him, as a street musician carrying a violin and accordian, and her as a dancer and his faithful traveling companion. A couple with bohemian-chic style layered in a mirage of prints and patterns. Setup number two called for a lucky G-Dragon to get up close and personal with a topless Soo Joo. Amazingly, for the photographer, Hong Jang Hyun, the twosome's twin like good looks, blonde hair, and smokey eyes came together for the perfect shot, and an even hotter cover. The third and final setup had him sporting a stylized wardrobe representing the 40's and 50's, and adorably accompanied by the stunningly beautiful Park Ji Hye.
Inside the mag GD talks about his a latest project: a new album that will be released on August 18th, the same day as his birthday. This will be GD's second solo album, and will feature an array of global artists like Missy Elliott and DJ Diplo. Though he says the album wasvonly 70 percent done, it's a diverse blend of Hip Hop, R&B, rock and ballads, with no particular concept. He goes on to note that the way people listen to music has changed, and that it is more playlist driven, a fact that his album will cater to. He also mentions some of his musical inspirations. Everyone from Beyonce, Jay-Z and Pharrell Williams to J. Cole and Kanye West. Like the magazine, GD is still going strong, and fans of fashion and music alike can't wait to see what G-Dragon has in store for 2014!
