A Brooklyn Barneys location, Chanel Soho Moves and Ungaro has tricks up its sleeve!

Meet Your New Brooklyn Barneys: Barneys Co-op has been shopping around for a Brooklyn location since December, finally finding a brownstone-like home at 194 Atlantic at the corner of Court. There are high hopes for this 6,300 square foot location, as this chic-luxe addition to the neighborhood should transform the street into a real powerhouse.  Meanwhile, Brooklyn natives still have to travel waters to Manhattan until the new store opens during the second week of September. Rumor has it that this new Barneys will launch on Fashion's Night Out. Ideal, no?

Chanel Soho Moving Locations? It's time for a little Spring cleaning, but it appears that Chanel's Spring cleaning will last untill mid-September. The Soho Chanel store, at 139 Spring Street, will be moving its location to 134 Spring Street tomorrow.Yes! Chanel will be setting up shop at the old god dreadful The Limited pop-up shop. The good thing is, there will be 10,700 square feet of Chanel to gaze at for a bit. The better news is that Chanel will move back once renovations are complete.

Ungaro For Sale Afterall: Last week, Ungaro's owner, Asim Abdullah, denied putting the label up for sale -still dealing with the aftermath of Lindsay Lohan shredding it into pieces. However, a whirlwhind of rumors is placing Ungaro in the path of drastic changes that, if true, may benefit or harm the label and its reputation. Rumor 1: Abdullah is in the midst of discussions with Matteo Marzotto (Valentino's former chairman, the cutie from the Valentino documentary and Naomi Campbell's former victim boyfriend) to sell the label. Rumor 2: Abdullah is attempting to recruit Giambattista Valli back to the label. Rumor 3: Linsday Lohan is on a 3-year contract with the label as the former Artistic Director, with reports of her getting paid $1.5 million for trade.
