When Chef Iacopo Falai waved goodbye to his pastry days, Le Cirque may have lost a terrific chef, but Manhattan received a unique gift in the new restaurant Falai; an original Italian dining experience to be embraced. A daring array of dishes grace the menu including a rabbit composition, baby octopus, and chicken liver. The restaurant also provides traditional meals for the slightly less adventurous palate like ricotta-filled tortellacci and a three-meat ravioli. For dessert- fresh gelatos, a creamy mousse and tiramisu beckon those who enjoy to finish out the meal on a sweet and satisfying note.
