Friday September 2nd

The 36th Annual Hampton Classic Horse Show

Don’t miss out this Friday, September 2nd, on the Hampton Classic Horse Show. With a bit of a delayed opening (oh Irene!), the show begins Wednesday August 31st and continues to Sunday September 4th. No worries though, the classes from the 8-day schedule have been rescheduled for the now 5-day show. There will be 40 boutiques at the show so go get your shop on. Itching for that perfect unique piece of art? Look no further because this Labor Day weekend is the Westhampton Festival of the Arts. Join St. Marks Church and Paragon Fine Arts Events at Long Island’s biggest and best fine arts festival this Saturday-Sunday, September 3rd & 4th to see over 85 globally acclaimed artists from 21 states (and the world). This festival will feature original paintings, jewelry, sculpting, photography, woodworking, ceramics and much more. And the best part? Guild Hall Exhibition- Twin Towers Tragedy by John Jonas Gruen

Honor the memory of 9/11 this Labor Day weekend by checking out this heartfelt exhibition. As a tribute to the ten year anniversary of 9/11, artist John Jonas Gruen will be displaying his photographs at Guild Hall this Saturday, September 3rd through Sunday, October 9th. His exhibition shows the change that happened because of the tragedy and how people are affected by it.

This four-day event kicks off this Saturday, September 3rd, with soft rock singer Dan Donnelly.
