The Naked Apple: Mets Game + Met Taye Diggs
Ya dig?

I have had a really fun week! I went to the last Mets night game on Tuesday (say what you want about them this season, but I have faith next season will be their season!! ), they played the Cincinnati Reds. It's no secret that I have a major crush on David Wright.  While I always see a lot of Athletes at the clubs, he is one I have never seen and am dying to meet out. I hear from my friends who work for the Mets, he's actually a really nice guy too.  David, if you're reading this or if someone who knows David Wright is reading this, PLEASE contact me.  I'm so obsessed with you, I want  your game worn pants so I can sleep in them.  I'm not creepy, I swear…

For those of you who haven't been to the new Citi field, you're missing out on a lot of yummy food.  There's  blue smoke, shake shack and even sushi. And of course all the usual hotdogs you can munch on while you watch.  Not going to lie though, it's sad that all the teams are tearing down their old iconic stadiums for the luxury cookie cutter ones.  There's nothing like going to Fenway or Wrigley, you can actually feel and see the history within the walls.  As I sit in Fenway,  I always wonder who was sitting in my seat  years before me.  It's a really surreal feeling.  Who would have thought this party girl is a avid sports fan too? And I love to cook! You can leave your proposals with my agent.

Wednesday night I went went to Avenue and of course 1Oak.  Avenue was fun as always. It was packed with lots of basketball and baseball stars who shall remain nameless, but I will say one is in the baseball hall of fame. Per usual I went to 1Oak and had a 1 Of A Kind night.  I love Oak, no matter what night of the week it is guaranteed to be crazy. I don't think it will ever get old and has really become a staple in New York City nightlife. DJs Shah Munir and Jesse Marco were djing.  People were spending more than what people make in a year on champagne and  my friends and I met Taye Diggs. He's actually very fun, humble, an overall nice guy who is happily married ladies, so don't even think about it.

Hope to see y'all at the wiener dog festival this Saturday and I will have lots to report on after the weekend! So stay tuned!  Have a great weekend! You better follow me on twitter! @thenakedapple, or else I'll hunt you down one by one and shave your eyebrows off.
