The Revival of 'Someone Who'll Watch Over Me'
The show returns to NYC for the first time since its days on Broadway.

Canal Park Playhouse and The TRUF are going to be presenting the first NY revival of Someone Who'll Watch Over Me, written by Frank McGuinness and directed by Justin Lauro. The show, which has not been seen in New York since its Tony Award-nominated Broadway premiere in 1993, explores the bonds between an Englishman, an Irishman, and an American (sounds like the start to a good joke, right?) who are held as political prisoners in Beirut.

Their captors use silence as a weapon and the men's survival depends on their communication with one another and create unbreakable friendships in terrible circumstances. The show stars Patrick Taylor, Timothy Riley and Alex Teachey.

Performances begin June 20th and will commence on July 14th. Wednesday through Saturday shows are at 8pm. Tickets are $18 and can be purchased here.
