Fairmont Copley Plaza’s Oak Room has undergone a makeover. Don’t worry, it’s still an upscale bar and restaurant, but it is now a 1912 themed in honor of its 100th anniversary.
Oak Long Bar and Kitchen features an 83-foot copper bar, intricate crown moldings, and a cozy fireplace. The beautiful décor sets the mood for the “modern American cuisine” made primarily with locally grown ingredients. According to its website, “Every detail has been considered from the custom-designed music program to the table top presentation.”
Stop by the chic hotel for one of the updated bar's cocktails, such as the Oak “New” Fashioned (Gran Centanario Anejo, simple syrup, Combier Rouge and Combier Royal, finished with an orange peel.) Go check out the Oak Room’s new look!
