Gotham Burlesque Coney Island Spectacular: Coney Island is invading Manhattan's Upper West Side October 6th at 10pm at The Triad. There will be twelve amazing acts from NYC's best burlesque and variety performers, including Bambi the Mermaid, The Great Fredini, Ekaterina, The Great Throwdini, Miss Harvest Moon, Scott Baker, Tigger, Justina Flash, and more! Shelly Watson will host this sultry extravaganza featuring song, dance, tricks, and plenty of treats. Tickets range from $37-$49 and can be purchased here.

Take Two: Bad Gigs Gone Good: Mark Hayward, yo-yo champion extraordinaire, is bringing you a one of a kind show at Canal Park Playhouse from October 6 - October 29th. The yo-yo guru has made plenty of mistakes, including smashing himself in the face with a yo-yo, throwing flames into a crowd, and embarrassing himself on national television. During this solo performance, Mark is going to recreate some of his worst gigs ever, and hopefully fix the disasters. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased here.

Next to Abnormal: Broadway veteran Loni Ackerman is bringing her cabaret show back to the Metropolitan Room on Sundays in October. The show will focuse on personal stories from Loni's unusual NY upbringing and revisits songs she sang in Evita, Cats and more. The immensely talented Loni can be seen onstage for $20 and a two drink minimum. Reserve your tickets by calling 212.206.0440.

Burlesque-A-Pades: As you can probably surmise from the title, this new production is all about tassel twirling and sultry dancing. This open-ended run at the SoHo Playhouse begins October 12th and is hosted by Tigger and Albert Cadabra. Stars of the show include The Maine Attraction, Angie Pontani, Gal Friday, and Pinkie Special. Brought to you by Angie Pontani and Gary Beeber, the man behind Gotham Burlesque, this show is sure to be a hit. Ticket prices range from $44-$59 and can be purchased here.

All-Star Comedy Roundtable: Okay, okay, so we're cheating a little. It's not theater, but it's definitely a show. On September 28th at 10pm on EPIX, Ben Stiller will be bringing together some of his all-time favorite comedians and performers for a unique and spontaneous conversation for the 4th Annual All-Star Comedy Roundtable. This year's guests include Jim Carrey, Chris Rock, and host Bill Hader. The event was shot live in June at the Nantucket Film Festival. Check it out for a good laugh!
